Old Moon Furniture Workshop

Introduction

Housing has received updates to allow players to craft pearl items for more customization! 

• Decorating housing has been made more inclusive with new craftable items
• Different zones offer different styles of furniture suited to the city they're crafted in
• Items used for crafting can be obtained through life skilling and the marketplace 
• There are multiple different cities that offer different styles of furniture available

 

The items crafted can be used in housing in any city and aren't limited to their crafted location! 

 

Getting Started

If you've never looked into housing in Black Desert, they can be used for a number of different things as well as owning your own house. 

 

To access these features, you just need to open your map (M) at the city you'd like to invest into and click castle icon. 

 

 

After clicking the castle icon you'll be given a list of housing available within the city. They all have their different uses. 

 

 

In the top right corner of the screen you can search for the features you're looking for, if you don't have a house yet, then select Residence.  

 

 

When you choose a house you like, you can purchase the Residence. Purchasing house features will cost Contribution Points. 

 

 

Old Moon Furniture Workshop 

Once you have your house, you'll be able to decorate it. For a long time most decorations were locked behind the Pearl Shop. 

 

Now though, the Old Moon Furniture Workshops let you craft Pearl Furniture items relevant to that area. 

 

 

You can use the search feature to find the Old Moon Furniture Workshop houses, currently they're available in Grana. Calpheon, Keplan, Eilton and Valencia. 

 

 

If you hover the items you'd like to make, it will tell you the list of resources needed to craft the item. You will also need to purchase Furniture Crafting Permits. 

 

They cost 10 Million silver and can be purchased from Furniture Dealer NPCs in most major cities. 

 

Grana 2 

The house available for Old Moon Furniture Workshop in Grana is Grana 2, and will cost 8 Contribution points in total to max to level 3. 

 

 

The house offers Kamasylvia styled furniture, you can use the Pearl Shop for previews of the furniture available. 

 

Calpheon 1-3 

The workshop in Calpheon is less Contribution points, and only costs 2 Contribution points to max out. 

 

 

The Calpheon workshop offers the Natural and Spring furniture sets, the Natural set is available in the Pearl Shop. 

 

Keplan 2-1 

It'll only cost 1 Contribution Point to purchase the Keplan Old Moon Workshop, making it one of the cheapest. 

 

 

The set available is the Keplan Marble set which you can view in the Pearl Shop to preview some of the items. 

 

Eilton 1

The house in Eilton is Eilton 1 which again only costs 2 contribution points, making it fairly cheap to invest into.  

 

 

Unsurprisingly, the set that Eilton offers is the Winter set, which can also be previewed in the cash shop. 

 

Valencia 16-1 

In sharp contrast to the winter set from Eilton, you can also purchase Valencia 16-1 for only 1 Contribution Point. 

 

 

The Valencia offers the Volcanic Rock set, again this is one that you can see in the pearl shop if you want to check out the appearance. 

 

Port Epheria 2 - 1, Rm. 2

The Port Epheria workship offers more coastal type furniture as you might expect with sets like the Vell Pirate Furniture Set and Margoria Whale Furniture Set.

Heidel 1 - 1 

Heidel has also been added to the list of furniture workshops that can be used, with two unique sets of it's own. 

 

The Heidel Old Moon Furniture Workshop lets you craft the Mountain Sheep and Python Furniture!

 

 

 

Here's an example of some of the furniture as featured in the patch notes: 

 

Iliya Island 1 - 1

Illya Island was added to the list of Old Moon Furniture Workshops, offering more ocean and underwater themed 

furniture! 

 

All items share a similar theme, being part of the Coral furniture set, they're available from Iliya 1-1.

Velia 3-1

An Old Moon Furniture Workshop has been added to Velia 3-1 which consists mostly of decorative items rather than a furniture set like some of the previous workshops.

Dalbeol Village 1 

Dalbeol Village has been added as a Land of the Morning Light Old Moon Furniture workshop.

 

These mainly consist of the Urimok and Haso furniture sets that can be crafted in Dalbeol Village 1

Keplan 1-1 

Keplan has been given two different sets of furniture for you to craft, you can craft the Melissande and the Masenka furniture sets.

Arehaza 1-1

The furniture from Arehaza has a tropical theme to it with a Palm Tree furniture set
