Introduction

 Dark Energy Floodlands is a new 3 player party zone in the Edania region for end game players

• Dark Energy Floodlands is a party zone spread across Edania with different zones for each location
• The Dark Energy Floodlands is a lower requirement zone for Edania making it a little easier to get to
• It's requirements are meant to be a solid stepping stone to the higher tier end game zones 
• Since Dark Energy Floodlands is a party zone, there's no Marni's Realm available

Dark Energy Floodlands

Dark Energy Floodlands is a party zone spread across Edania, with each area structured around the influence of its respective Edana, this plays in with the regions theme of the ruling lords.

The zone is basically designed so that if the Edana ruling a particular area shows up and wants the spot you can move to another area and start grinding again without too much of an issue.

So far there's three zones for Dark Energy Floodlands, they're in the Orbita and Zephyros regions currently but there's actually three spots that you can grind at for the Dark Energy Floodlands on it's release. 

Since Dark Energy Floodlands is meant to be a stepping stone towards the end game Higher-Tier zones, the requirements are middle of the road for Edania spots. 

Edana's Blessing effects will also apply separately by region, so keep that in mind when choosing which of the spots you'd like to grind at. Here are the requirements for the zone:

Dark Energy Floodlands Overview

The remnants of Enslar, Cartian, and Caphras have fused into the Source of the Dark Energy, shrouding the surroundings in a twisted veil.   Drawn to its overwhelming power, the Failed Edanas became hollow husks, unable to escape the veil, and now linger nearby.   The moment you touch the Source of Dark Energy, the magic within the veil will surge, and the crazed Failed Edanas, stripped of reason, will begin their frenzied assault.

These spots give players a high end grind zone option for party grinding while making a good amount of money close to solo spots in the region. For Dark Energy Floodlands the mobs use Knockdown and Bound CC so keep that in mind. 

Dark Energy Floodlands Drops 

Despite being on the higher end, Dark Energy Floodlands doesn't qualify for the #Higher-Tier zone rewards, meaning the drops are more of the standard Edania zone drops. 

There's the standard Deboreka accessories as well as higher end crystals to help with money earning potential, it falls right in line with other areas of the Edania region, making it a great spot for parties to play together.

Dark Energy Floodlands is a spot that you can increase the value of by using your Agris Fever, here's the Agris Fever consumption amounts based on the monster types in the grind zone. 

Since there are three different zones for Dark Energy Floodlands, the silver per hour does vary a little depending on which spot your group is grinding it. The difference is pretty low, so it's not worth worrying about too much. 

Dark Energy Floodlands (Orbita) seems to be performing the best in terms of numbers, you can check for yourself in real time by using our Grind Tracker!

Interestingly it's basically the same money as the actual Orbita Castle grind spot that has a little lower requirements but isn't a party zone but the lesser requirements are worth noting. 

Zephyros so far from the data is the lowest silver per hour, being notably lowe than Dark Energy Floodlands (Orbita), the difference would add up if your group intends to grind for multiple hours so keep that in mind. 

The middle of the road spot is the Great Red Sea, falling right between the two different grind spots previously mentioned and not far enough away from Orbita to really be too much of a concern.
