Voltarion Dream Horse

Introduction

Voltarion is a newly added Dream Horse that is obtained in a different way to other dream horses!

• Voltarion is themed around thunder and lightning with unique abiltiies flavored around those elements
• This new dream horse is crafted by items given out in PvP or PvE content rather than usual methods
• Voltarion also has unique skills like a mid air dash and a thunderstrike dive bomb to get back to ground
• Voltarion now has the fastest base stats in terms of acceleration and speed but lower turning and breaking

Voltarion Skills

Voltarion is still a dream horse even if it doesn't have the same crafting method, it still has a bunch of the dream horse skills that you'd expect with any of the other dream horses.

Courser's Spirit	Partially recovers stamina and HP when idle while not mounted.
Double Jump	Quickly leaps once more after a leap.  (Requires High Jump, Streak Leap)
S: Charge	Uses the momentum from the first charge to charge again.  (Requires Charge)

Just like with the other dream horses, Voltarion has it's own unique set of skills based around the theme of thunder and lightning. 

It has it's own unique dash, mid-air dash and a dive bomb move to get you back to the ground faster as well as a unique lightning based attack as well.

	Unleash a thunderous assault upon the earth, summoning the wrath of lightning. When cast from the skies, descend with the fury of a storm, striking all around with electric might. While Flash Overload is applied, you cannot use the following skills: - Instant Accel: Flash - Thunderfall - Lightning Charge (airborne)

	Surge forward with a swift leap through the fabric of space. If any obstacles lay in your path, press the direction key to dodge them while maintaining your speed. Flash Overload is applied for 5 sec upon skill use. While Flash Overload is applied, you cannot use the following skills: - Instant Accel: Flash - Thunderfall - Lightning Charge (airborne)
Drift: Flash

	In an instant, leap through space to the left and right, covering more distance to quickly shift your position.

How to Obtain Voltarion

Voltarion isn't obtained in the same method as the other dream horses. Instead you'll need a new item called Trace of Thunderbolt, this item can be obtained through both PvE and PvP content.

In total you'll need 300 Traces of Thunderbolt in order to start turn in quest for Voltarion.

Here's the rewards you can get from War of The Roses:

Voltarion Questline 

Once you've got your 300 Traces of Thunderbolt, you can start a quest by speaking to your Black Spirit. This quest will let you obtain your Voltarion dream horse.

If you collect another 300 Trace of Thunderbolts then you're able to interact with the Water of Verti to get another Voltarion Horse Emblem through the [Repeat] [Voltarion] Lightning Strikes Again quest.

There's also a few limitations you'll need to keep in mind: 

• Voltarion cannot be registered on the Horse Market.            
• Voltarion can be sold through Mount Sales and Imperial Delivery.            
• If Voltarion attempts to enter castles surrounded by the Dekrogda relic barrier using Double Jump, Lightning Charge (Airborne), or Thunderfall (Airborne), it will be immediately affected by the Dekrogda relic's waves and fall, just like Mythical Arduanatt and Mythical Diné.
