Introduction

A brand new Best in Slot defense gear set has been added as Primordial grade defense gear

Primordial grade defense gear will be the next step up after Fallen God style defense gear
The gear will include both Evasion and Damage Reduction making it a large increase in stats
This new defense gear will be able to be enhanced all the way up to DEC like similiar grade items
You'll need TET Fallen God gear pieces in order to craft this new Edana's defense gear!

How to Craft Edana Gear

Edana gear is basically the Sovereign weapon of defense gear, it's the next grade up after Fallen God equipment that has much better stats and is essentially the new Best in Slot gear.

Since the stats are Best in Slot, this can be considered gear that's suitable for the new Edania region and it's monster zones, as such its pretty costly to craft. There's a questline that can be accepted oce per Family after completing:

Once you complete the [Edana's Defense Gear] A Piece of Secret quest, you can proceed with the crafting quest below to craft Edana's Defense Gear.

This is a weekly quest that resets every Thursday at 00:00. You can only accept and complete one type per week.

The reason this is time gated is to slow the progression of the defense gear, so that people can't just complete it in one day upon release as was mentioned in the Heidel Ball 2025 segment.

You can also craft a version using PEN Fallen God gear as well that will grant you a NOV version of the gear piece of your choice, this was added as a reward due to the difficulty of making PEN Fallen God gear.

Crafting Materials & Pieces of Edana

Here's what you'll need in order to craft the new Edana defense gear, you can obtain the Pieces of Edana from weekly bosses, you can only defeat one boss per week even though there is three bosses currently.

Only adventurers equipped with at least "red grade" gear (weapons, defense gear, accessories)—excluding artifacts and alchemy stones—can enter.

Enhancing Edana Gear

You may have noticed that one of the bosses drops 3 Pieces of Edana when you only need 4 for the whole set, well, the Pieces of Edana are also used in enhancing your gear pieces as well.

Here is how to craft an Edana's Black Stone which is required to upgrade Edana's Defense Gear:

Edana Appearance

Edana gear is unique in that much like weapons, it'll begin to glow at certain points, it also looks far more uniform like an actual gear set instead of the Fallen God gear that is a complete mismatch.

Here's the different stages of the gear glowing, with OCT and higher glowing a deep red:

When you craft all four pieces of Edana's Defense Gear, you can accept a Once Per Family quest to obtain an outfit set with the same appearance and a yellow title (permanent), "Godslayer of Legend."

This lets you use the outfit on other alt characters so that you can have the appearance of the Edana gear set.
