Second Garmoth Heart Quest

Introduction

The Second Garmoth Heart Quest was added to help meet the Garmoth's Heart Demand.
  • Unlike the Guaranteed Garmoth Heart questline, this quest stillrelies on RNG to be completed
  • The quests work more like a pity system, collecting pity items that leads to a heart quest reward
  • This quest is much simpler than the Guaranteed Garmoth Heart Questline but is based on RNG
  • The quest relies on defeating Garmoth with no additional steps or tedious tasks to complete.

How to Complete the Quest

This guide is really simple, it's not so much a step by step walkthrough, it's more a reminder that this questline even exists for people who might not have caught the patch notes about it.

The quest requirements are simple enough, collect pity pieces and turn them in for a Garmoth Heart. The pity pieces are received from the Garmoth bundles that you get for defeating Garmoth.

To start out you'll need to head over to Garmoth's Nest over in Dreighan when the boss spawns, once there you'll recieve a special Region Zone quest.

This region zone quest means you'll get a little pop up when you enter Garmoth's Nest that will allow you to accept the reward once the boss has been defeated.

The pity pieces are obtained from the Roaring Bundles, you'll need 10 Garmoth's Bloodstone in order to complete the quest and exchange them for a Garmoth Heart.

Quest & NPC Objective Reward
Happy Crimson Accident
("Fearless" Kukao at Garmoth's Nest)
Hand over Garmoth's Bloodstone x10
Garmoth's Heart x1

You can take the quest even before actually managing to pull a Garmoth's Bloodstone, so if you'd like to start straight away, you can.

So have you started the quest and managed to grab any Garmoth Bloodstones yet or have you been suffering from RNG? Let us know!
