DEC Tuvala Armor

Introduction

With the Edania region another addition was made to help new players progress towards Edania

• Tuvala weapons and accessories could be upgraded to DEC after graduating from the season server
• This new DEC Tuvala can be exchanged for Blackstar weapons and Karazad accessories
• Now, Tuvala armor can be upgraded to DEC as well which has better stats and DP
• This DEC Tuvala can also be exchanged once per family for a TRI Fallen God Armor Piece 

Starting the Quest 

You'll be able to accept a quest from NPC Fughar which will reward you with some advice of valks just for talking to him, it'll also provide the item you need to level up the armor past PEN. 

The item that you'll need is the yellow crystal included from this quest called the Essence of Ascent - Defense Gear, this is basically a free enhancement from PEN to HEX. 

You may need to be on a graduated character with the seasonal graduation cap in your inventory if this quest isn't showing up for you, this was the case with previous DEC Tuvala upgrade questlines.

All you'll need to do is accept the quest and then talk to Fuhgar again to complete it and be rewarded with the stone and some free advice of valks. 

You'll be able to use these advice of valks to help enhance your armour to DEC. Since the exchange for TRI Fallen God is only once per family you'll want to focus on one piece of gear.

You'll want to look at the availability of the gear pieces and the flames required to make them in order to choose which TRI piece to craft. 

In terms of silver, the boots would actually be the best choice due to how much the flames go for, while the flames are all fairly available, theres plenty of flame of resonance but they're 4b each. 

So I'd personally recommend getting the boots, the others, especially the gloves are way cheaper to craft yourself. You can also consider the prices of the armor pre-crafted and pre-enhanced depending on what's cheaper on your server.

Enhancing Dec Tuvala Armor 

For the actual enhancements, it's pretty much standard to normal Boss gear, you won't need any special items other than the initial enhancement to HEX.

When attempting to enhance to SEP from HEX, HEX will not downgrade to PEN, making it a little easier. There's also no cron stones needed until you hit OCT. This is great because only the last few enhancements will cost you. 

There's also a fairly low pity cost on the Ancient Anvil, 11 attempts to go from OCT to NOV will only be 2420 cron stones for example.
